Biodynamic principles across his 30 hectares of vines, creating healthy microbial activity and biodiversity within the vineyard’s ecosystem. His 2015 entry level cuvée savory Carignan dominant blend, showing notes of crunchy cherry, ripe plum, and signature regional garrigue.
