The estate’s 25 hectares are spread across an array of appellations, producing fruit destined for vinifications without batonnage or oak. Th 2017 Montée de Tonnerre shows notes of white flowers, citrus, and salty ocean air, showing a mineral-heavy palate and lightning-like acidity.
