Founded in 1850, Domaine Louis Michel is located in the heart of Chablis, owned and operated by 6th generation Guillaume Gicqueau-Michel. The estate’s 25 hectares are spread across an array of appellations, producing fruit destined for vinifications without batonnage or oak use. The 2017 ‘Vaillons’ shows notes of ripe citrus and tart green apple, with nutty, mineral-driven undertones and a tight, salivating finish. Drink over the next ten years.
