Mac Forbes Riesling 'RS10' Strathbogie Ranges 2016

Founded in 2004 my Mac Forbes himself, this Australia-based estate produces wines from six vineyard sites across the Yarra, ranging from young to old. Fruit for ‘RS10’ comes from the Caveat Vineyard in the Strathbogie Ranges, rooted into granite-soils at elevations of 600m above sea level. The final wine is electric & bright, with soil-driven notes of citrus and stones, coupled with a lemony acidity; a gorgeous expression of Australian Riesling.
