Notes of juicy red berries, violets, and wet stones harmoniously collide in this smooth, well-balanced bottle from Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley. Fruit for ‘Cap Est’ grows at soaring altitudes and is sorted, destemmed, vinified in temperature-controlled oak vats and aged for 22 months prior to release. The blend is 50/50% Grenache and Mourvèdre – if you love savory French reds from the Rhône Valley, we can’t recommend this wine enough.
