Maxime Magnon Corbieres 'Campagnes' 2015

Magnon produces a mere 1700 cases/year, deemed some of the best coming out of the region. After studying under Jean Foillard, Magnon implements the same natural practices he learned in Beaujolais, championing terroir-driven fruit and a hands-off mentality. The 2015 ‘Campagnes’ comes from a single vineyard plot of 100 year old Carignan, aged in used French oak. Dark fruited, floral, and mineral-driven, this bottle is a regional benchmark.
