MC Thiriet Bourgogne Blanc 'Confidentielle' 2017

Maison MC Thiriet is one of the Cote-d'Or’s new micro-négoces, based out of Château de Comblanchien. Headed by winemaker Matt Chittick and Camille Thiriet, the duo’s past experience working with 75+ various appellations has prepared them for crafting some of Burgundy’s most new and exciting wines. Fruit for ‘Confidentielle’ comes from Meursault, giving way to a rich, round wine, full of rocky mineral and tart yellow fruit notes.
