Decade old Sangiovese from one of Tuscany’s most iconic producers. ‘Le Pergole Torte’ is one of the greatest bottlings of IGT Toscana on the market, full of elegance, complexity, and textured fruit flavors. Fruit undergoes an extended maceration (up to one month) and is aged in a combination of oak for 1.5-2 years. Only produced in stellar vintages; will age gracefully for another decade plus.
