Dirk Niepoort represents the fifth-generation at his family’s namesake estate, which was originally founded in 1842. He vinifies 11 wines alongside his sister using traditional winemaking techniques. This late-bottled vintage port shows elegant and concentrated notes of plums, forest floor, baking spice, and dark chocolate. Bright acidity and smooth tannins lead to a firm and lasting finish.
