Ninth Island is a secondary labeling to Pipers Brook, one of Tasmania’s most important winery names, highlighting the cool-climate, unique growing sites of the island. Originally created in 1974, wines are now produced from 220 hectares of vines, spread across an array of growing sites and microclimates. This bottle of sparkling rosé shows notes of rose petal, tart berries, and spice, with a weighty, leesy texture and vibrant, natural acidity.
