Noble Coyote 'Jabali' Mezcal

Based in San Luis Amatlan (Oaxaca), Noble Coyote uses four types of local agave to produce their line of single-origin mezcals, crafted by ‘Maestro Mezcaleros.’ Each bottle depicts the specific agave type, lot, mezcalero, and bottle number, making every creation uniquely authentic. ‘Jabali’ is 12 year old, three times distilled mezcal, showing herbal notes of lemongrass, anise, and minerals, giving way to a smooth, easy-drinking finish.
