Ochota Barrels 'Texture Like Sun' Adelaide Hills 2021

We love the Ochota Barrels story, which began on a surf trip in late 2000 along the west coast of Mexico in a Volkswagen campervan. Taras and Amber Ochota decided to leave life on the road and return home to South Australia to create wine that they call "beautiful and holistic". This one is a unique blend of  Pinot Meunier, Gewürztraminer, and Syrah—packed with red fruit and pepper spice. This pulls off a long, fleshy finish.
