Domaine Paul Pillot Saint-Aubin 1er Cru 'Pitangerets' 2020

Led by Thierry Pillot—along with his father, Paul and his sister Chrystelle—Domaine Paul Pillot has reputation for making some of the region's most celebrated wines, since 2004. Some describe his style as understated, but that's not to say there isn't texture and length in his wines. On the contrary, the wines speak for themselves and the terroir without missing a beat. From a quite cool site on the Chassagne side of St. Aubin, across from 1er Cru En Remilly, 'Pitangerets' offers a balance of delicate floral aromatics and racy citrus notes. 2018 is a notable vintage to score while it lasts.
