The winery was founded in 1996 by Nick Peay and Vanessa Wong, who farm all vineyards organically and operate the winery with solar power. This is one of our favorite cool climate Chardonnays. A refreshing white wine with brisk acidity and a chalky minerality. A suitable pair for fish tacos, grilled shrimp, or even a plate of fresh oysters.,

Graceful and linear, lean and crisp. Early season orchard aromatics lead to hints of herbs and slight yeasty qualities. Can be enjoyed now or saved for a few years. A fresh and persistent Chardonnay that would marry well with spring veggies, light seafood, or pasta with olive oil.
