Peirson Meyer Pinot Noir Russian River Valley 2015

Peirson Meyer was founded in 2005 by Alain Peirson and Robbie Meyer. The duo met while working at Peter Michael Winery, later deciding to combine forces and produce top-notch Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from sites across the Russian River Valley. This tank-fermented Pinot Noir comes from 40-year-old vines and ages for 15 months on its lees in barrel. Notes of juicy cherry, black tea, and sandalwood dominate the palatea. Only 450 cases produced.
