Pierre Cotton Brouilly 2016

Former motorcycle mechanic turned vigneron, Pierre Cotton’s holdings now cover 5 hectares across some of Beaujolais’ most prestigious growing sites. Fruit for ‘Brouilly’ comes from 65 year old vines deeply rooted in pink granite, aged for eight months in used oak. Organically farmed and produced sans soufre.
