Pierre Cotton Cote de Brouilly 2016 (1.5L)

There’s not many things we love more than Beaujolais in a magnum. Former motorcycle mechanic turned vigneron, Pierre Cotton’s holdings now cover 5 hectares across some of Beaujolais’ most prestigious growing sites. Gamay for PC’s Cote de Brouilly comes from vines averaging 65 years in age, followed by eight months of elevage in used oak. Organically farmed, vinified semi-carbonically, and produced sans soufre.
