Pierre Cotton Regnie 2016

Former motorcycle mechanic turned vigneron, Pierre Cotton’s holdings now cover 5 hectares across some of Beaujolais’ most prestigious growing sites. ‘Regnie’s’ vines come from the 20s, 40s, and 90s, bringing textured complexity to the wine. Fermented in concrete and aged in used foudre, giving spicy structure and backbone to this fruit-forward cuvée. Organic, vinified semi-carbonically, and produced sans soufre.
