Now headed by fourth-generation Rodolphe Peters, Pierre Peters’ Côtes des Blancs based estate is made up of 18 hectares, all of which are dedicated to Chardonnay (most of which are designated Grand Cru.) Fruit for ‘L’Esprit’ comes from four grand cru villages (Le Mesnil, Oger, Avize, and Cramant), creating a balanced and complex wine loaded with stone fruit, citrus, and white flower notes, marked by prominent mineral-laced acidity.
