Founded in 1974, Pipers Brook has become one of the biggest players in Tasmanian wine, highlighting the island’s unique, cool-climate growing sites. Wines are produced from 220 hectares of vines under two labels, with estate wines all bottled under the Pipers Brook name. The Estate Pinot Noir shows lifted aromatics of purple flowers, spice, and ripe berries, with a textured palate full of structure and well-integrated oak notes.
