Fruit is hand-harvested and vinified in steel, which leads to steely and fruit-driven wines that show a serious sense of place. ‘Hinter der Burg’ is a classic example of Federspiel Wachau Gruner, marked by flavors of green apple, lemon zest, white pepper, and wet rocks.
