Railsback Freres Clairette Santa Ynez Valley 2021

Railsback Freres is always at the top of our list, unfailingly delicious and quality-driven. The Clairette for this wine comes from a tiny parcel in Nolan Ranch in Santa Ynez Valley, sourced from the Perrin family of the legendary Château de Beaucastel in the South of France. We love this one with herbal salads and seasonings, and it's divine with roasted veggies, tomatoes, and garlic-based dishes. It's got that distinctly Provençal flair!
