Produced in California’s Santa Ynez Valley, Railsback Frères ‘Les Rascasses’ rosé offers refreshing, fruit-forward notes of citrus and strawberry. Named after the fish that Provencal Queen Lulu Peyraud (of Domaine Tempier) herself deems perfect for preparing bouillabaisse, we couldn’t think of a better wine to serve alongside of it. Comprised of 50% Grenache 25% Carignane, and 25% Cinsault, and aged five months in neutral French oak.
