Rene-Jean Dard & Francois Ribo Saint Joseph Rouge 2017

Rhone natives Dard and Ribo met in oenology school in Beaune during their late teenage years and the rest was history. After returning home, the duo began working 7.5 hectares of vines across 7 villages, focused on creating plot-specific cuvées. This savory and spicy Syrah from Saint-Joseph shows earthy flavors of dark fruit and soil, marked by well-integrated tannins and elegant acidity.
