Founded nearly 150 years ago, Weingut Robert Weil sits in the heart of Kiedrich, farming 90 hectares of vines, all dedicated to Riesling. Fourth-generation Wilhelm Weil currently heads the estate, with a quality-focused mentality brought to each cuvée. The 2016 ‘Tradition’ is off-dry and delicate, with gorgeous flavors of orange, peach, and bright citrus dominating. High-acid and refreshing, the wine is gorgeous with spicy dishes or fresh salads.
