Ronchi di Cialla was founded almost 50 years ago by Dina and Paolo Rapuzzi in the rolling hills of the Colli Orientali del Friuli. The family focuses on indigenous Friulian varieties, including Refosco, Ribolla Gialla, Verduzzo, and Picolit. During the 1970s, the family helped restore and revitalize the Schioppettino grape, which was slowly but surely becoming extinct within the region. This exotic and aromatic Ribolla Gialla is fermented and aged on the lees in barrique for 11 months, 25% of which is new. After six additional months of bottle aging, the wine is finally released and ready for consumption. Bright, stone fruit driven, and delicious!

SHIPPING FEES

We now offer Free Shipping/Delivery for orders over $150 shipping throughout the states of New York and California. 

For all other shippable states, we have Flat Rate shipping options.

Flat Rate shipping is $12 on orders $150 or more coming from a single shop only. For orders under $150 coming from a single shop our rate is $20. When shopping from both locations, our flat rates combine. For example, an order containing items from SF that total over $150 and items from NY that total over $150 will be charged $24.

If you are looking to get your wine a bit faster, we have a 2-Day Air shipping option at checkout that will be calculated based on your shipping address.

We offer city-wide delivery in Manhattan and San Francisco 7x7 (free for orders $150 and over, $20 for orders under $150). We also offer 2-hour local delivery to these areas Monday - Saturday if you place your order before 5PM. If you're right in the neighborhood, delivery is on the house from bottle one. 

We also have a store pickup option available at checkout for curbside/contactless pickup. Orders are typically ready within an hour and we'll email you available pickup times/instructions when your order is ready.

For the summer season we are offering weekly delivery to the Hamptons. Order by 4PM Wednesday for a weekend delivery of wine. Free delivery on orders $150 and above, $20 on orders under $150. At checkout, simply put in your Hamptons address and select Local Delivery. Hamptons delivery includes the following towns/zip codes:

We not do not currently offer cold chain shipping/ice-pack shipping options. If you are concerned about heat or frost damage but would like to ship your wine immediately, we do offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please reach out to hello@vervewine.com for further details.

NO SHIP STATES
Due to laws restricting the shipments of alcohol, we currently can not ship wine to Alabama, Arkansas, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah 

We currently can ship spirits to New York, California, and District of Columbia.
