Domaine G. Roumier Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2007

This rich and round Chardonnay from one of Burgundy’s best producers is cream of the crop White Burg in its finest form. Now with 13 years of age on it, the wine’s unctuous and oily palate oozes with tertiary notes of mushrooms, lemon rind, smoke, and chalk. This ‘unicorn wine’ is absolutely outstanding.
