Santini Freres VdF Cinsault 'Vin de Choix' 2015

Santini Freres is a négociant business located in Burgundy’s Auxey-Duresses region, operated by two American brothers, one of which is based in Beaune working for Kermit Lynch. Fruit is sourced from the Hautes Cotes de Beaune, Maconnais, and Beaujolais, fermented with native yeasts and bottled unfiltered. The 2017 ‘Vin de Choix’ is varietal Cinsault, showing notes of juicy berries and slight yeasty undertones. Deliciously drinkable!
