Scar of the Sea was established in 2012 and is owned & operated by Mikey & Gina Giugni (Lady of the Sunshine, you know?) in San Luis Obispo, California. Grilling chicken wings or pork chops? This organic bottle has balanced berry and spice notes. It's a blend of Pinot Noir from two Santa Maria vineyards — a portion of younger vines and a portion of older vines. Fermented with some whole cluster and native yeasts, for a complex and pure profile.
