After ten years of managing wineries in the area, Hunter Valley natives Liz and Shaun Skillman finally decided to venture out on their own and produce small-batch cuvées from locally purchased fruit. This varietal Semillon is the duo’s flagship cuvée and we absolutely love it. Fruit comes from sandy white/grey soils around the town of Pokolbin, is harvested early, and ages without oak. Fresh and focused, this pristine bottle of white shows flavors of yellow apple, beeswax, and salty lemon oil. This is a great gateway bottle into the world of Australian wine!
