Located in the heart of Savigny-les-Beaune, the Bize name has become synonymous with structured, age-worthy Burgundy, produced from 23 hectares of deep-rooted vines. Fruit for the 2015 ‘Le Suchot’ comes from low-yielding, 30+ year old vines, giving way to a concentrated, juicy cuvée, full of cherry and earth spice flavors; a gorgeous expression of Aloxe-Corton.
