Formerly Podere San Giuseppe, Stella di Campalto was established in 1910, revived in 1992 post World Wars. Located in the southeast portion of Montalcino, the estate’s 5.5 hectares of vines are farmed all organically, with biodynamic principles implemented. The 2011 Brunello Riserva oozes with flavors of bright cherry and tart plum, with savory, sweet spice undertones and a touch of wet stone. Pair with pizza, grilled meats, and pasta ragu.
