Stolpman Proprietary Red 'GGT' California 2021

Fans love the layers of cherry in this bottle, a youthful red that has just enough tannin to make it slightly serious... otherwise we'd probably be downing this one from the bottle on the beach. But the Stolpman team delivers on their promise to deliver site-driven terroir wine, and it would be a waste to drain the bottle without some consideration of this Grenache, Gamay, and Trousseau blend. We're pouring it with fire-grilled pizza.
