Suertes del Marqués Valle de la Orotava 'El Ciruelo' 2015

Located in the Valle de la Orotava, one of the Canary Islands’ oldest growing regions, Suertes del Marques focuses on indigenous Spanish varieties, farming their 25 hectares of vines sustainably and organically. ‘El Ciruelo’ is a blend of Listan Negro and Listan Blanco, fermented with whole clusters and natural yeasts in concrete; juicy, spicy, rounded out with a subtle salinity.
