Suertes del Marqués Valle de la Orotava 'Trenzado' 2015

‘Trenzado’ comes from Valle de la Orotava, located on the northern side of the Canary Islands. Named after cordon trenzado, the vine training system used in the vineyard, ‘Trenzado’ is a Listan Blanco dominant blend, rounded out with 10% of other native varieties. Skin contact and concrete fermentation add texture and maintain freshness, followed by aging in small French foudres. Refreshing, tart, and full of tropical fruit flavors and crisp salinity; pair with salads, tangy marinades, and seafood.
