Terroir al Limit Priorat 'Historic' 2016

Headed by German born Dominik Huber, Terroir al Limit’s first vintage was produced in 2001, crafting elegant, terroir-driven wines that highlight the unique growing sites of Priorat. Concentrated fruit, whole-cluster fermentation, and foudre and/or concrete tank aging give way to expressive, balanced juice. The 2016 ‘Historic’ is a blend of organic fruit from nine villages, vinified with whole clusters in concrete; fleshy & food friendly.
