Tresomm Aligote Valle De Guadalupe 2017

TRESOMM was founded in 2017 by Taylor Grant, Conner Mitchell, and Christopher Miller MS, based in the Valle de Guadalupe in Baja, Mexico. The winery crafts thought-provoking bottles from indigenous Italian and French varieties. The 2017 Aligoté is the first varietal expression bottled in Mexico, aged 7 months on its lees. Textured and bright, the final wine shows racy acidity and citrus flavors, perfect for pairing with seafood or salads.
