Headed by brothers Thierry and Jean-Marie Puzelat, Clos du Tue-Boeuf comprises 35 hectares across Touraine, creating organic, all-natural wines depicting a serious sense of place. Fruit for the 2016 Pineau d’Aunis comes from 40 year old vines, aged 6 months in used oak with no sulfur added. Light, bright, & insanely refreshing, the palate shows flavors of tart berries and blood orange, with sharp acidity and a long finish. Serve lightly chilled!
