Vincent Paris Cornas 'Granit 30' 2016

With 21 vintages under his belt, Vincent Paris has become a legend within Cornas, producing insanely drinkable wines from his six hectares of vines, most of which were inherited from his grandfather-- and range up to 90 years in age. ‘Granit 30’ refers to the soil and age of the vines, showing plump aromas of cherry and rocks, with persistent tannins and a lingering finish. Only 1K cases produced annually.
