With 21 vintages under his belt, Vincent Paris has become a legend within Cornas, producing insanely drinkable wines from six hectares of old vines, most of which were inherited from his grandfather. ‘Granit 30’ refers to the soil and age of the vines, showing juicy flavors of ripe berries and herbs, with well-integrated tannins giving way to a pleasant, lasting finish. Only 1K cases produced annually.
