Vincent Paris Cornas 'Granit 30' 2018

With 21 vintages under his belt, Vincent Paris has become a legend within Cornas, producing insanely drinkable wines from his six hectares of vines, most of which were inherited from his grandfather.  ‘Granit 30’ refers to the soil and age of the vines. The wine is marked by juicy flavors of ripe red berries and freshly cut herbs, with well-integrated tannins giving way to a pleasant, long-lasting finish. Only 1,000 cases produced annually.
