Vincent Paris Cornas 'Granit 60' 2016

With 21 vintages under his belt, Vincent Paris has become a legend within Cornas, producing insanely drinkable wines from his six hectares of vines, most of which were inherited from his grandfather-- and range up to 90 years in age. ‘Granit 60’ refers to the soil and age of the vines; fruit is ⅓ whole cluster fermented, vinified in a combination of barrel and tank. Aromatic, full of flowers, minerals, and full-bodied dark fruit flavors.
