This high-toned varietal Albariño is loaded with flavors of Meyer lemon, white flower petals, pithy citrus, and chalk. The wine’s energetic acidity and solid structure lead to a persistent and grippy finish. Fruit for ‘Tras de Viña’ comes from a 0.6 hectare plot of organically and biodynamically-farmed vines rooted in yellow granite soils. The juice ages on its lees for 24+ months in tank and only 300 cases (approx.) per year are produced. We absolutely love this wine.
