Eleni and Edouard first met in New Zealand while working harvest in 2010. Shortly after, they got married and moved back to Chablis, and have since been working to convert their 50 hectares of vines to hand-harvests and lutte raisonée farming. Fruit for this medium-bodied wine comes from just below the 1er Cru of Montée de Tonnerre, creating a steely final wine of chalky citrus and wet stone flavors. Pair with classic French fare!
