Regarded as the greatest producer of Chablis, Francois Raveneau’s bottles show a quality and consistency unlike any other. Fruit for the 2014 ‘Butteaux’ comes from a small 1.5 hectare plot, with vines averaging 45 years in age, rooted into Kimmeridgian limestone. The 2015 is stony and citrus-driven, full of thirst-quenching acidity and rocky minerality. Perfect with oysters and fresh seafood.
