After holding the prestigious vineyard manager and cellar master roles at Domaine de l’Arlot for 16 years, Didier returned home to his family estate to take over its six hectares of vines. Today, Didier implements much of what he learned from Jean-Pierre de Smet (l’Arlot) at his Corgoloin-based winery.
