Envinate is the brainchild of four dynamic oenology students with a shared passion for organic farming, natural vinification, and the salty, sea-influenced wine growing regions of Spain. From old vines trained in an unique old style of braiding which enables some of the vines to grow quite long. Crafted from a grape called Listan Negro, this is a unique wine that will go nicely with red meats or savory poultry.
