Fruit for I Custodi ‘Aetnus’ comes from old vineyards on Etna’s north side, with roots deeply set in sandy, volcanic soils. Dominated by Nerello Mascalese, this earthy, mineral-driven blend is smoky and elegant, with notes of red berries and tobacco.
