Domaine Babass Dervieux VdF Cabernet Franc 'Roc Cab' 2017

Sébastien Dervieux, known colloquially as Babass and formerly of Domaine Les Griottes, began his solo project in 2010, farming 2.85 hectares of vines in Beaulieu-sur-Layon, just south of Angers. The 2017 ‘Roc Cab’ is a varietal Cabernet Franc, oozing with vibrant red fruit, crunchy acidity, and signature peppery spice. Chuggable and food-friendly all at once; a true porch pounder.
