Sébastien Dervieux is a shining star in the world of natural winemaking. He spends the majority of his time in his vineyards, studying the land and getting to know his terroirs as best as possible. Wines are vinified with native yeasts in a barn, which exposes the juice to all of the Loire’s extreme climate conditions. This varietal Cab Franc is earthy and textured, showing flavors of tart red fruit, spicy pepper, and tobacco leaf.
